    Julio’s prowess in business management and growth has been honed through various ventures, including providing services for a former government in his original country for over six consecutive years. Even amid challenging circumstances, his unwavering commitment to excellence prevailed until the democratic system collapsed.

    Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and fueled by the desire for a secure and just environment, Julio made the life-changing decision to migrate to the United States of America. Here, he found a fertile ground of democratic securities that allowed him to fully develop his entrepreneurial abilities under the righteous protection of the law.

  • Meet Thais Guevara, our esteemed Co-Founder and Managing Partner. With a background as a trained foreign attorney, she boasts over a decade of experience working in the Supreme Court of her home country. Hungry for new horizons and seeking to develop her potential, TG pursued a Master's Degree in International Real Estate at Florida International University, where she discovered a highly rewarding career path.

    Following her graduation, Thais was appointed to cover a sabbatical year teaching Legal Environment of Real Estate for the undergraduate program. At present, she continues to make a significant impact by teaching Real Estate Investment from the esteemed Business School at Florida International University, which is ranked as the number one business school in the world.
